NEOA advocates for “access to and success in postsecondary education for low-income individuals, first generation college students, and students with disabilities.” TRIO Programs are federal outreach and student services programs designed to support students from disadvantaged backgrounds.

This year, we are excited that Dr. Doug Luffborough from our team will be attending. Dr. Luff is also a Massachusetts native, and as a keynote speaker and educational partner, he is thrilled to be back in town!
